Eating Honey during pregnancy
Mummies I crave honey recently. Does it bad for my health? If I eat a little bit. Is it okay?

Good to take Manuka honey with min UMF 15 . On top of being tasty, It helps with heartburn too. However, if you have gestational diabetes, best to reduce or avoid completely.
Yes you can have honey but in moderation. It is safe but very sweet hence you can have a bit.
They said manuka is raw , not pasturized thus I didn’t dare to eat it. Not sure how true.
Hmmm, I would suggest manuka honey with UMF (a tea spoon a day)
