Sunny side up eggs

Hello mummies. May I check if sunny sude up eggs are allowed to be consumed during 2nd trimester? I understand to avoid raw food. But how about sunny side up eggs? Please advise. #1stimemom thank you!

It’s fine when it is pasteurised — which most Singapore eggs are. That’s the most important haha (I’ve been having soft boiled eggs from Ya Kun/Toast Box about 3-4 times a week since the start. Am at Week 35 now.)

whenever I buy takeaway from zichar and the sunny side up is w runny yolk, I will just eat the egg white and leave out the yolk cos trying to err to the safe side.

Just buy pasteurized eggs. Brand: Egg story has been my good friend since pregnancy. Can satisfy my runny yolks cravings

I recently craved for sunny side up too! Just make sure the yolk is fully cooked to be safe 😊

Yes! I ate half boiled eggs, sunny side up or any runny yolk eggs all the time

Just ensure the egg yolk is fully cooked will do 😊

Take pasteurized eggs :) Same for cheeses, milk.

Super Mum

Better to be fully cooked

Fully cooked
