Pain in tummy area if constipated

Hi mummies, I always feel pain/cramp around the tummy area in the morning if I have not relieved myself from constipation. And the pain/cramps can be intense at times. Can I check if anyone experienced the same, any advice on this?

is it lower abdomen? do note that your rectum is also there where the uterus is especially if is earlier in the pregnancy. i had a scare in my 9th week as i had really bad tummy pains - it turns out that its due to constipation. but best to go to your gynae asap to check and find out.

At my 25th wk now, it’s around the whole tummy area, not sure how to describe the pain but it’s really uncomfortable till I released myself. But yea, thanks for the advice, will check with my gynae on this.

How far along are you? Does the pain only happens when u constipate? Best to check with ur doctor. Also drink more water.

Currently at the 24th week. Only will feel it when I am constipated. Else usually it’s ok.
