Pain in tummy area if constipated

Hi mummies, I always feel pain/cramp around the tummy area in the morning if I have not relieved myself from constipation. And the pain/cramps can be intense at times. Can I check if anyone experienced the same, any advice on this?

How far along are you? Does the pain only happens when u constipate? Best to check with ur doctor. Also drink more water.

    Currently at the 24th week. Only will feel it when I am constipated. Else usually it’s ok.
