Constant headache at week 13

I used to have it for my #1 pregnancy. It is called tension headache. Told gynae about all she ask is to drink lots of water and rest as much as possible. I also have Low blood so sometimes I take a packet or Milo or Ribena, it works for my headache. You can try! Hope you will feel better.
