Constant headache at week 13

Hi mummies, any one hv constant bearable headache at week 13? Its bearable but irritating to have it all day long.

I used to have it for my #1 pregnancy. It is called tension headache. Told gynae about all she ask is to drink lots of water and rest as much as possible. I also have Low blood so sometimes I take a packet or Milo or Ribena, it works for my headache. You can try! Hope you will feel better.
