White stain on tongue

Hi mummies.. How do you remove white stain in your baby tongue. I tried oral tissue.. Not helping.

Just normal was h cloth will do dip in boiled warm water or distilled, the use it to wipe baby tongue and gums, I do it before he takes a bath n sleeping
