EBM kept at room temperature

Mummies, how long can we keep EBM at room temperature for? Some say 2hrs, some say up to 4hrs.

Ever lost 2. Blessed to be a mother of 2 princess.

Depends on how cold or hot the room is. I try to keep within 2 hour in aircon room.
