EBM kept at room temperature

Mummies, how long can we keep EBM at room temperature for? Some say 2hrs, some say up to 4hrs.

Ever lost 2. Blessed to be a mother of 2 princess.

I think it depends on your room temperature and whether your LO has already drunk from the bottle. Also do a smell/taste test before feeding baby.
