Chicken puree

Hey mummies. Hope u all dont find my qns silly. My bb just turn 6 mths and i wan to introduce him to chicken. I have never handle raw chicken before. I have a qns. Do i need to rinse the chicken with water first before steam? Or i can just cut the chicken and put it into the steamer. Or is boiling a better method?

I always wash the chicken first before cooking. You don’t know how the raw chicken is being handled before purchasing so you should always wash your food before cooking it. I mean you do wash your vegetables first before cooking too right…?
