Help! Newborn unable to fall asleep...

Hi mummies... any of you have experience of your newborn unable to fall asleep? My newborn is 1 month old now and seems like his sleeping pattern changed after the 3rd week. Now after getting up at around 5am, he is unable to fall asleep and keeps drinking and being very fussy and cranky all the way till 11am and sometimes even 3pm! šŸ˜‘šŸ˜¢ He would drink milk and becomes sleepy but gets up after a few minutes. He can only go into deep sleep and sleep for an hour to three hours after 4 or 5pm... Please share your solutions if you have. Thank you!!!

Hi mama, Firstly congratulations on the birth of your baby! Second, hang in there! Baby is probably going through a growth spurt which involves lots of cluster feeding - baby feeds more often like heā€™s on a buffet - and fusses a lot. This goes away anytime from 2-3 days to a week or so later so not to worry. Itā€™s a phase and itā€™ll pass. Have you tried baby wearing him? Most mamas find it helpful. Baby will feel very comforted by your smell and heartbeat. If youā€™d like to learn more about growth spurts, thereā€™s an article here: https://kellymom.com/hot-topics/growth-spurts/ Do you breastfeed mama?
