My gynae prescribed me with Fish Oil capsules.
I personally hate swallowing big pills / capsules. I can’t imagine having to swallow it everyday without gagging/vomiting.
I remember my parents used to do that for me when I was a kid. However, my husband said that I should just swallow it as the capsule is designed to dissolve at the “right track” in your body.
Any idea if it is ok to cut open the capsule and just swallow the fish oil liquid?
