Eto un mga bawal sabi sa google. Retinol Retinoic acid Differin (adapalene) Retin-A, Renova (tretinoin) Retinyl linoleate Retinyl palmitate Tazorac and Avage (tazarotene) Propylparaben Ethylparaben Butylparaben Isopropyl Isobutyl Methylparaben Oxybenzone Octinoxate Avobenzone Octisalate Homosalate Pero based sa experience ko, non nag papa breastfeed ako. Ang gamit kong skincare ay cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer. Approved ng ob at derma ko. Then hindi pede ang whitening products. So avoid anything na may gluta :)
