First time mummy

Hi mummies . It’s my first pregnancy and I’m only at 5th week . Is it normal to feel very tired and nauseous. I also lost my appetite. #pleasehelp

Tiredness and nausea feeling are pretty common presentation during pregnancy. Same with lots of appetite. Try to take small meals but more frequent meals. Ditch the carbs and go for nutrients (protein, vege, fruits). Soups are nutrient packed too

Fatigue and nausea in first trimester is very normal. Try to take rest whenever possible.
