Best if you can contact MOM to ask for advice. I have seen a mommy saying she contacted MOM and the outcome is, she will be getting her maternity leave pay of 16 weeks from her company when she got retrenched at her 5th month of pregnancy. Not sure if it will work for you as it might be case by case basis.
Depends on reason for retrenchment. If its not a valid reason, suggest you approach MOM.
