Puree for 4 months old

Hi mummies, doctor told me I can start giving my LO puree but had no idea where to start? Can I give carrot puree to my LO first? Beside carrot, what other ingredient I can use?

I started with yoghurt then fruit purée like apple, pear then moved on to congee with veggie purée
