i didnt do any of the above too as I am quite lazy lol. didnt go for walks also as my thigh started to hurt if I walk or stand for 30mins since 2nd trimester and couldnt walk more than 15mins continuosly at 3rd trimester as it hurt too badly. apparently bb pressing on my nerves all the way , pain disappeared right aft giving birth natural delivery for me

Me. Not a sporty or healthy food kind of person even before pregnancy. I just eat what I want and work as per normal, binge watch dramas when Iโ€™m free. I hardly walk too (but I stand long hours at work), I grab to work hahah. I gave birth at week 40 naturally, baby healthy and low jaundice ๐Ÿ˜Š.

I have friend who didnt do any of the above and managed to do natural delivery and healthy bb! I also have friend that did all the exercise but still have to be induced.. I guess it all depends on yr body and talk to bb hoping for smooth delivery!

maybe you can take walks as a form of exercise. my sis delivered her 3 kids without exercising at all, but she was working so she had the chance to walk around

I think the old generation definitely didnโ€™t do all those.. my mum laughed at me when I said I wanted to do prenatal Pilatesโ€ฆ.
