Hey Mummy! Nausea is really hard and worst during first trimester. But most likely it will go away on the 12th week. You are almost there! But better to eat small frequent meals a day to you can still have the nourishment you need to stay healthy. If plain water is icky, you can mix it with berries or lemon. It'll get better soon!

Thank you for the ideas, hopefully my throats accepts it. Else merlion i go haha.. :) 3 more weeks hwaiting!! :'(
