Hi mummies! Currently 9weeks in..
I make it a point to have daily cereal cornflakes with milk in the morning( due to need to eat folic acid and supplenents). Lunch or dinner depends if got appetite or not. Usually its 1 meal (either lunch or dinner) and then eat oat biscuit or smth..
Is it ok? I cant seem to force have appetite, cos surely will vomit out food. Even drinking plain water, irks me.
Always feeling nausea and fatigue. When will i get better, in which week mummies? 😔
