Crying during pregnancy

Hi mummies! Cried really badly a few times during pregnancy, now in 3rd tri! And i feel so so bad and scared cause I heard it affects baby ): but i couldnt control as I felt upset and ending up bailing my eyes out… normal?! #advicepls #firstbaby
