Is she dehydrated?

Hello mummies is she considered dehydrated? I’m so worried thou she constantly pee and poo which I thank the Lord for that but her lips does it look dry? I kept wondering if she’s getting enough milk but following her cues she don’t drink as much as other babies which is the same as her days old. She’s abit premature and although her weight is back to her birth weight as told by doctors but I’m worried she’s not taking in enough. #1stimemom #firstbaby
