I went on a girls' trip with some friends a few months ago (one night in Batam) and those who brought their babies actually lined the hotel sink with plastic sheets and literally bathed their baby in there. It was quite a sight but for a one night's stay, it's okay. One of them just used baby wipes to "wash" her toddler down since it was a short stay. But I've seen portable baby tubs you can use. It looks like one of those floats you use at the pool. Just blow it up and you can fill water as per normal to give baby a bath. It's ribber and foldable so you can easily carry it in your luggage.
