What food do u mummies give to LO

Hi mummies my baby just turn 1. What food usually u give to your L.o when you are outside. Sometimes I didn't have enough time to prepare and pack for his food. Idea please.

If you don’t intend to introduce salt or sugar yet, can find restaurants with kids meal, ask if they can do no salt no sugar when they cook. Alternatively, look for porridge food pouches~
