hi mummy. i’ve tried all their products, i don’t see a significant difference though. can’t deny the spread is nice but other than that, nothing. every body is different, if you’re keen, you should give it a try to see if it works. drinking soup, eating nuts, fatty and oily fish helped me to boost my milk supply better than anything else.

Eating durian can thicken your milk, some mothers swear by it. 😅
