5mg folic acid

Hi mummies anyone still taking 5mg folic acid in third trimester? Not sure if it is too much I have been taking 5mg from the start of pregnancy till now in 34weeks….

from 12weeks onwards my gynae stop me from folic acid and prescribed me with prenatal vitamins which already have folic acid. are you taking prenatal vitamins now?
