yes it’s normal. it won’t go away so soon because the weight of the uterus and baby is sitting on nerves. must wait until the uterus expands and not pressing on the nerves anymore.
10m pp now and it occasionally still hurts when I sit too long. Definitely a lot better than it was during pregnancy! I use backjoy at work to relieve some of the pressure.
Nothing really. Just try not to sit down too long and let it naturally recover. I do exercise twice a week too (yoga/dance) not sure if those helped. Not a fan of massages for sure :/
