Hi mummies, anyone of you experienced "lightning crotch" pain during your pregnancy before? If yes, how do you ease the pain?

Yes! I just lie down. The first time I experienced that, I panicked coz I thought she will come out 😂

Me too! I dont dare to lie down on my left becoz the pain is there. And when i tried to bring myself up, the pain is just so bad.
