Reduced appetite 2nd trimester

Hi mummies ❤️.. anyone here been thru this situation? I'm weeks 18 . But my appetite reduce. Morning I just eat whole meal bread n maternal milk. Lunch a little rice with grill fishh / veggies soup. Night maternal milk + bread / oats. Issit enough for baby? I'm curious.. even when im weeks 18 my bump didn't see yet.. Issit normal? This my #2 pregnancy. #advicepls #pleasehelp #pregnancy

Appetite changes can be happened due to hormone change in your body. As long as you can eat balanced healthy meals. There is no issue.
