Advise needed post delivery

Hi mummies. After delivery, how painful was your perineal stitches? Does it hurt to pee, wear pads? Was thinking of buying a perineal spray, tucks cooling pads for post delivery but wonder if the wounds will sting when I use it immediately after delivery?

It hurts to pee or poo. I use cooling pad/home made ice pack to reduce swell. To heal better I did sitz bath with epsom salt/warm water, twice a day. It help to heal your stitches faster.
