Advise needed post delivery

Hi mummies. After delivery, how painful was your perineal stitches? Does it hurt to pee, wear pads? Was thinking of buying a perineal spray, tucks cooling pads for post delivery but wonder if the wounds will sting when I use it immediately after delivery?

it hurt to pee for first few days, wear kotex overnight panties all the way. cooling pads will be your best friend, won’t sting but very nice feeling. perineal spray will give a bit of relief
