Aching breast in Tri 1

Hi mummies! 2nd preggy here, this time is so diff for me. Just want to check if achy breast is common? It doesn’t happen daily but I do feel at times is heavy and achy. I wasn’t able to BF the other round. So just to check if anyone has the same exp. thanks!#advicepls #pregnancy

Yes, very normal. Just so you know, diff pregnancies have diff symptoms so does not mean you have been pregnant before, you will have the same symptoms as the previous one(s). Sore and tender breasts are very normal in the 1st tri. I'm in my 2nd tri and still having super sensitive and sore breasts. I don't normally like to wear bra at home but I had to because my nipples really hurt from the abrasion against my shirt. You can start wearing a bigger bra or bra extension for more comfort.
