Watery stool

Hi Mummies, My 1yo been having watery stool. He poops for at least 2 to 3 times a day. Anyone experience this before? If yes, what did you do or what's the cause of it. He's still active and eating and drinking well that's why I did not bring him to see a doctor as previously doctor mentioned that if baby is active and drinking and eating well then I shouldn't be worried.
