Vomit like merlion

Hi mummies my 1 mth plus baby vomit like merlion yesterday noon once and now which is 1.50am. It never happen before. Is it sth wrong with her tummy or is becos due to moving her ard after her feed? As I burped her for 15 mins, changed diaper den burp upright for 20 mins den put her down to swaddle.

Is she showing any other symptoms of being sick? Is she acting as usual? Or crying more? Hows her food intake? Are you breastfeeding or formula feeding?

no fever. she has been not able to sleep in the morning and noon in some days. and need people to carry then she won't cry. we jus shifted back home after confinement. not sure it's due to new environment or new handler. as my mil is helping me to take care of baby now. under her hands, baby can't sleep after feed. however, when I go back to my mum place, she can sleep after feed.
