One month plus nose block what is e best way to unblock it

Use Sterimar nasal spray to loosen the mucus and use a nasal aspirator or bulb to suck it out. Use a humidifier in the room if you are using aircon

Nose frida. A bit expensive but damn good! Used it on my son.

Sterimar nasal spray then suck out using Nose Frida!
