Snacks during first trimester

Hello momshies! I'm on my 6th week and palagi akong gutom πŸ˜… maya't maya akong nagugutom tapos ang bilis ko lang din mabusog or ayaw ko na agad kumain πŸ˜… Any suggestions momsh kung anong best snacks? 😁 And sino rin dito mga momsh ang 6th week na pero wala pang ibang symptoms na nararamdaman like nausea or paglilihi? 😁 Ako kasi symptoms ko lang na nararamdaman is ayan, ang bilis magutom, sensitive boobs and parang lumaki boobs, ang bilis mapagod at hingalin πŸ˜… TIA momshies! πŸ˜πŸ’–#1stimemom #advicepls #pregnancy #firstbaby

go for healthy foods. avoid junk foods. more on fruits kung snacks siguro. and hinay hinay lang sa pagkain. small frequent meals kesa yung kakain ng maramihan sa isang meal.
