Hi momshies if hindi pwd ang coffee pag breastfeeding mom, pwd ba ang hot chocolate everyday? Ikaw, ano ang lactation milk mo or alternative ng lactation milk?

Nagkakape ako, naghohot chocolate and wala naman effect kay baby since in moderation ang pag inom ko and hindi naman colicky/kabagin ang baby ko.
