Is this teething?

Hi momshies. I have a 10 month old baby. And as the picture shows sa upper part yung unang namamaga. Possible kaya na yan na yung 1st tooth nya? And normal lang ba na sa taas yung mauna? #pleasehelp #advicepls #firstbaby #1stimemom #baby
