It doesn't matter po. Pare parehas lang yan. It's up to you ano mas magugustuhan ng panlasa mo. Though ako, fresh milk ang suggestion sa akin ng OB ko since mataas ang sugar content ng maternal milks like anmum, enfamama or promama.
