In my case nag research din po talaga ako. BTW I'm 36 years old na din, kaya I know need din help or magpakondisyon talaga. 1. Diet - mostly fish and veggies. I ate meat, instant noodles and junk food minsan lang. 2. Came across a Doula in San Francisco sa YouTube, dun ko nakuha breathing exercises. It's what kept me sane and calm when my labor started - https://youtu.be/qKDujazvDGM 3. Pelvic exercises - Sa local ko naman na YouTube nakita ko, she is a nurse and 4"9 lang cya. OB approved the exercises in the video as well - https://youtu.be/VBmRYMGeIhs 4. Brought my essentials oils sa labor room. OB approved it as well. May ininom din ako pangpalakas since nakakahina daw paglabor and pag ire. Drank Ningxia, it has wolfberries. Total of around 5 hrs lang ako naglabor sa hosp. By 1pm kami pinasok sa delivery room, 1:34pm out na si baby, via normal delivery. Goodluck Mommy! Research kayo para mabawasan fears nyo. Praying that you and baby will be safe and healthy.
Keep yourself informed and read up from credible sources because the more informed you are the more calm you will be. But one thing has generally helped most which is to practice breathing exercises.
