Soothing/Teething Gel for babies

Hi momshies! 4 months old lo ko nagstart lumitaw ngipin nya. Now at 5 months old totally naka protrude na po. Madami ako friends nagrerecommend gumamit ng teething gel. Tiny buds and other brands. Kaso nagresearch ako and nabasa ko na hindi daw safe for babies, baka makasama since may halong harmful ingredients/chemicals. Any advice or go lang to use toothing or soothing gels? Kawawa rin kasi c baby lagi syang irritable and naiyak pag gabi due to her gums... TIA?
