Team Hot or Cold

Never done both.. Para hindi mamaga yung injection site, after matusukan c baby, pini.press ko muna yung site for about 5-10mins bago ko e.release. And so far, na complete na ni baby yung vaccinations nya without encountering problems on swelling or tenderness sa injection site nya.. 😉

bakit nung sa anak ko nuon walang advice sakin na ganyan na after vaccination I compress ng hot or cold?😅 pero ok naman Ang anak ko ngayon. 😁 bantay lang sa oras ng gamot nya nuon at walang tulugan

pag first day po cold muna kasi sabj mainit daw po yung gamot tapos kinabukasan hit comp. na po ! hehe

hot, lagyan mo baby bottle or any na pwedeng lalagyan Tas balot ng lampin, den roll mo sa vaccinated part.

Depende po if may pamamaga or pamumula. Ako normally hot muna, then cold to ease the pain.

cold then pag namaga daw after 24 hrs tsaka iwarm..effective naman kasi di naiyak si baby

Ang instruction ni pedia cold compress then after 24 hours warm compress.

cold compress for 30 mins then warm compress for the rest of the day

warm prior para sa mgandang circulation then cold compress after vaccine.
