Hello momsh pahelp naman po Sana ako regarding po sa sss matben #1stimemom #firstbaby  here po 😊44months total contribution ko sa sss .. year 2018-feb 2020 po contribution ko then march di nahulugan coz pandemic at nawalan ako work so bale under employed po status ng sss ko. Month of July nalamn ko preggy nko at edd ko po ay April 2021 nxtyer.. Ask ko lan po kung anu2x months po b dapat ako magcontibute para po ako maqualified sa matben at kung anu2x po requirements need ng sss matben ? kung April 2021 po ang EDD nyo. Kailangan po may atleast 3 months contribution kayo from January 2020-December 2020. Requirements: For Employee , Unemployed/Self-Employed/Voluntary members Maternity Notification Form. UMID or SSS biometrics ID card or two (2) other valid IDs, both with signature and at least one (1) with photo and date of birth. Proof of pregnancy (ultrasound report)
