hi. sy working mum. and everyday sy masak fresh utk hntr ke bs. utk pmulaan ni bg bubur halus kosong + evoo. klu nk cepat, every week siap2 basuh dan bekukan beras dlm ice cube tray yg bertutup. 2 biji cube anggaran 1x meal bby. bgun pagi just letak sikit air and masakkan ats api..dlm 10 min blh siap masak then blend halus pkai multipurpose blender..then utk evoo blh letak kt bekas asing..nk bg mkn baru bs letak. after 4 days baru tmbh sayur berdaun hijau
