Hi moms I was wondering how do I warm up my breast milk when the milk is put in the freezer or fridge?#pregnancy #firsttimemom #breastfeedbabies
For frozen milk, take out the night before and let it thaw in the fridge then warm up as usual. If you forgot to thaw the night before, just put it under running water first then warm up. For fridge milk, just warm up in warmer/hot water.
