headache during start of 2nd trimester

any moms experienced mild throbbing pain at the start of 2nd trimester? its not very painful but quite disturbing at times.... not sure how i can reduce it

Me!! Been having throbbing headache since last 2 days. Has been ongoing but today i felt that the headache reduce. It will get better.
