Moms & dads...any of u experiencing ur LO having sleep regression? What do u guys do?

Hi mommy, sleep regression can be a quite an experience but here are 2 tried and tested strategies that my circle of friends swear by: 1) You can try swaddling baby, if you are okay with the idea, offering a pacifier is good too. These techniques can help soothe your fussy baby, and to promote sleep. 2) Another way is to give baby a dream feed. This does not always work for all babies but it sure helps. Offering a dream feed and another one right before you go to bed might just help your baby sleep slightly longer. Hope this helps!
