Spotting and low HCG

Hi moms anyone who experienced spotting for 7 days and have low HCG levels? I detected faint line on my pregnancy test kit. I should be week 5 now. Hesitant to visit the gynae now because it’s too early to detect baby’s heartbeat. Wanted to see anyone who has similar experiences who had normal birth. No pain or whatsoever 2nd time mom
