Low iron after birth

Hey moms anyone still experiencing low iron after giving birth? Im currently 5 months and a half postpartum and when I go out for to long I would get dizzy or when I’m super sick and I feel weak I would get super dizzy anyone experiencing this to and I always forget to take my iron medicine! Anyone know any rich iron food that can help!! #lowbloodpressure #iron

Leafy greens and red meats! Oooo i love organs but not everyone likes cooking and eating it e.g. lungs, liver etc. I think lentils help too like dhal can make dhalcha kind of curries

Spinach, pork liver and pork bone soup are all high in iron.
