I took normal white round panadol. Drank 100 plus (no gas) & coconut water. Fever went away 3 days later. Will take some time to recover but do get lots of rest and sponge every now n then. Also take afternoon baths to lower ur temperature. :) get well soon.
How high is your fever? From what I know, can only take normal Panadol, I’m not sure how many mg though. Better see a doc!
