My haemoglobin and iron have been way below the supposed range whenever I take blood test. I will get dizzy as well and almost black out when I was taking public transport. My gynae has asked me to take this iron supplements, which can be easily purchased in guardian/watsons/Unity. Suggest you to inform your gynae and get some advice accordingly.

Hi mama, I was the same in my last trimester during pregnancy. Do go to your gynae and bring this up quickly as iron supplements can be prescribed if it is really due to low iron / drop in haemoglobin levels. It drastically helped with my functioning 🙏

During my last trimester, I get dizzy even from sitting down, and after eating bfast. Dr told me it’s normal due to reduce blood flow. No pills prescribed. 🥲

my blood results were fine, so my gynae said its likely due to dehydration. didn't prescribe any supplements or meds, told me to consciously drink more water

could be a possibility of low iron. please consult your gynae on this

my iron was low but manageable so nothing prescribed by gynae
