hi mommies..im 7week pregnant n i bought 800mg folic acid from watson..isit okey to consume?cus i read the least i need to consume is 400mg..but im scare too much might hurt my baby

All folic acid is the same. I consume all the folic acid i bought at guardian until i had my first appt.
