Yes, I am under subsidy patient. You will have different doctor for PN check up. On delivery day, on duty dr will be the one attending to you. Mind you, on duty dr/anesthetic will all be different hence, if you are long in labour, you will have different ppl attending to you. But, of course along your labour progress or current status will be handover to next shift.
All dr you see, specialist in different scope/expert hence maybe why your consultant is the same but not dr.
